Are we accepting new patients?

Yes! Please check our online booking portal for availability or call us at 613-432-2545.

Is there anything I should do to prepare for my appointment?

Fill out your intake forms online or come in 10-15 minutes early to fill them out in person. Bring a list of medications you are currently taking, and any recent x-rays or imaging reports pertaining to your case.

What are your fees?

What type of payment do you accept? Do you do direct billing?

Depending on your insurance plan and company, most of the time, we can direct bill for our services. We also accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Do you offer acupuncture?

Yes! Please call us at 613-432-2545 if you are interested in booking in for acupuncture services.

Where are you located?

We are located at 100 Health Village Lane in Suite 103, next to the Dynacare Lab.

Where can I park?

There is a gated parking system at our building.
Parking rate is $1.00 per hour to a maximum daily rate of $5.00.
Payment (cash, credit card) can be made at the pay machine located in our building OR by credit card only at the exit gate. You are free to park in any of the lots where space is available.
Please respect the designated “patient parking only” and accessible parking signage.

Are your services covered by WSIB?

Yes. If you have suffered a work – related injury, please advise us when you book an appointment, so that we can initiate appropriate paperwork. If you have been given a claim number, bring it along with any pertinent paperwork on your first appointment.

Are your services covered by Auto Insurance?

Yes. If you suffer from an injury sustained in a motor vehicle accident, please advise us at the time of booking your first appointment. We can bill and contact insurers directly, therefore please bring all of your pertinent auto insurance information with you on the first appointment following your accident.

Are your services covered by Veterans Affairs/PCVRS?

Yes, if you are eligible for Veterans Affairs or PCVRS coverage, please let us know and we can make arrangements for direct coverage.

Are your services covered by OHIP?

Chiropractic has not been covered by OHIP since 2004.

Are your services covered by Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)?

Chiropractic is not being covered by ODSP at present.

Do you take X-rays?

No, we do not take x-rays on site. But our clinic has privileges with Renfrew Victoria Hospital (RVH) for ordering x-rays.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No, you do not require a referral to consult a chiropractor in Ontario. Chiropractors are legislated as primary health care professionals in Canada. However, depending on your insurance you may need a referral from a Medical Doctor for Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) and orthotic coverage.

Do chiropractors treat complaints that are not related to the spine?

Yes, Chiropractors are proficient in treating conditions related to the extremities as well as the spine. We are trained to manage different conditions including plantar fasciitis, epicondylitis, ankle sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder impingement, and more.
