Dr. Shawn Bulger, D.C.

Dr. Shawn Bulger was born in Hamilton, Ontario, and grew-up in the small northern town of Cochrane. He attended Queen’s University and received his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences in 1991. In 1995, he graduated with a four year Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with academic and clinical honours.

In 1997, Dr. Shawn Bulger opened his practice in Renfrew, Ontario, in partnership with Dr. Annie Gervais D.C. He is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Association, College of Chiropractors of Ontario, and Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Shawn Bulger has a special interest in the biomechanical conditions affecting the feet and he has provided orthotic therapy and foot/ankle care for over 30 years. He has spoken to numerous groups and businesses on workplace safety and prevention of injury, and he has provided care and organized health care teams at a variety of sporting events, including the Canadian National Wrestling Championships, Canadian Woman’s Hockey Championships, as well as for various local sports teams.

Dr. Shawn Bulger stays active and he has a love for the outdoors with special interests in fishing, hunting, hockey, skiing, fitness training, and maple syrup production. Time with family and friends is both cherished, and one of the keys to a balanced, happy life!!!
